Bevington Primary School provides a

History of Bevington Primary School:
We
love learning at Bevington School. We enjoy and thrive within a well
established set of values. Respect is central in our inclusive and caring
environment. We have very high expectations of positive behaviour, progress and
attainment. Children like coming to Bevington and enjoy their learning: “I
learned confidence is the way to a good education. It helped me with drama,
literacy and music.” (Year 6 pupil). Our growing areas of strength include care
and guidance for pupils, the quality of our core subjects and assessment at all
levels. In recent years the School has gained Healthy Schools Status, the
sports Activemark and the Financial Management in Schools Standard. We were
also awarded RBKC ‘Excellence in Action Award’ for school improvement and have
the Basic Skills Agency ‘Quality Mark Standard.
